INSTALLATION

The following conditions must be met or else the installation will fail:

  • The MIP is connected to a DIP configured IAW 262COS-DIP-SOP-001
  • The MIP is able to SSH into the DIP Controller (may prompt for password)
  • The Fileserver Share is mounted to /cvah/share, and is populated with the contents of Electric Eagle
Script is preloaded

The 262cos_install_dmip.sh script comes preloaded on MIPs deployed from DIP Controllers configured IAW 262COS-DIP-SOP-001 - stored in /usr/sbin/262cos_install_dmip.sh, otherwise the script can be found in the Fileserver Share populated with the contents of Electric Eagle - at smb://fileserver/share/SCRIPTS/262COS-MIP_Utilities-PACKAGE-001/262cos_install_dmip.sh

  1. Connect the MIP to the DIP network and execute the 262cos_install_dmip.sh script:

    sudo 262cos_install_dmip.sh

    NOTE: This process takes ~1-5 minutes
